You will need your subscription ID. It was given to you when you joined and can be found in the confirmation email you received when you joined.

If you have a ccbill subscription, you can go to ccbill.com to retrieve your info.

If you have a Hughes Billing subscription, you can go here to retrieve your info.

If you have any password questions, provide the billing services with as much information as you can.

Examples are, what kind of subscription. $ 19.95 credit card, $ 29.95 credit card, $ 39.95 Credit card. What date did you subscribe and what email adress did you use to subscribe.

Extremely helpful is your first and last name, or your adress, phone number. Just send as much information as possible.

Also, make sure that you can receive email from the processors. AOL users, unblock your mailbox !
Sending as much info as possible will speed up the process. Do NOT send your credit card numbers.
If you want to email credit card numbers, just use the last 4 digits.

Any questions about the site, your membership, praise or hate mail, write them here.

We get piles of email daily, but we will alway's try to get back to you as SOON as possible. Just make sure, your email adress is not blocked and it will happen. ALWAYS, include your username in your email, if you we have to try to find you in the members database we NEED your username, if you can't remember your username, try the forgotten password options. If you have cancel requests, first try to cancel yourself. You can do this Here

If you need us to do this for you, note that it may take a couple of days to get it done.

Include subscription ID, or Username and Password and the billing company you used when you joined. Include the ORIGINAL email adress used when you joined, otherwise your cancellation request will NOT be processed.
In other words, a message stating, "I am Billy Bob, cancel me" will NOT cancel your subscription. Include as much information as you can. Including your original signup confirmation email will certainly expedite things.

When you cancel your account will stay valid until expiration day.

I hope this is finally clear enough, no username, no billing company, no cancel.

Using these links will provide you with a direct result. In all instances will you be required to have as much information available as possible. Information such as username/password, subscription or transaction id numbers, credit card number and email adress.
If you email us to cancel your account, we need username, password and the billing company you used when you signed up. If you don't know the billing company, transaction ID or cannot remember your username, then, include the name as it appears on the card, last 4 digits and city in your cancellation email. The more info you provide, the easyer it is for us to find you in the billing companies databases. If you decide to cancel by emailing us, understand that we need a minimum of 5 business days to cancel your account.
